Our 15% management fee covers everything: rent collection, tenant care, marketing, maintenance arrangement, renewals and re-tenanting. No hidden charges.
Example: e-Sentral Type B at RM2,900 a month. Per year, RM28,101 paid to you plus RM1,479 kept in your reserve.
Your reserve, your safety net, your start
Maintenance Reserve
Of your net rent, set aside in your name. Wear and tear is paid from it, tenant damage is charged to the tenant, and the unused balance is refunded with interest when the contract ends.
Rental Protection Plan
Optional. If tenants stop paying, we pay you 70% of the missed rent for up to 3 months in a row. You still get your share of the forfeited deposit.
Sign-up fee
One-off, for our first 15 clients (full value RM3,600). Covers defect checking, site rectification and unit setup, including an under-sink water dispenser.
